Spring Protein Smoothie

Suns out and it's time to get refreshed! I don't know about you guys, but I am forever craving fruits and smoothies during the spring and summer months. However, sometimes I need a bit more of a hefty boost to get me through the day. This protein smoothie, perfect for spring time, will keep you energized and make your tummy real happy! Follow along to see step by step!
Here is what you will need:
1. One frozen banana
2. Handful of fresh and frozen berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
3. 1/2 cup of almond milk
4. One scoop of protein powder
5. Tablespoon of peanut butter (optional)
Begin by adding the protein powder in your blender.
Mix in the almond milk and add a bit of water to help with thickness if preferred.
Next, add in the frozen banana.
Follow that up with the frozen and fresh berries! Feel free to add in a scoop of peanut butter if desired.
Time to blend! Blend until smooth.
Serve! Sooo yummy!
